White patches

There might be something I forgot to mention to you folks.

There is one more way, sure way, to know whether you have a Candida/Yeast Infection problem or not.

What is it, you may ask?

When you brush your teeth, have you ever notice white patches accumulating on your tongue?
That white patches are a indication of Candida being present in your stomach/tract.

If you brush your teeth, it is a good idea to do one-way stroke actions from the back of the mouth to the front, stroking/cleaning the tongue. Repeat it, row after row, almost like cutting the lawn with the mower. You see the picture?

Lastly, most importantly, replace your toothbrush every 3 months, especially if you cured your candida infection. Otherwise you will infect yourself again!

I stress again, there are cheap options to get rid of the Yeast Infections. Look at the Google Ads, some of them have options like : "Cure your Yeast Infection with these 3 grocery items now!"
Its not false, it works! The thing is you get cheap/expensive alternatives. The best is just to take ACTION NOW!

Thats all, have a nice day!
